This immersive sound journey with Christina and Paul of Shanti Sound Healing offers space to ground, soften and recalibrate your nervous system. This sacred journey invites you to calm your nervous system, elevate your vibration and open your heart in gratitude. As the moon reaches her fullness, we honor the cycles of release, renewal and letting go of what no longer serves us while giving thanks for the lessons and blessings that have shaped our path. Sacred Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more will be used to sweep you away in addition to individual attention with the instruments. Bathe in healing sound frequencies & lunar light and emerge feeling balanced, clear and deeply connected.
