For online classes please sign up at least 1 hour in advance to ensure reception of your Zoom link.

Dear ohana, we are excited and honored to serve our local and worldwide community in this way! Enjoy online live streaming classes and stay connected from home. Through our online platform, you can experience a variety of styles, which are created to support and balance mind, body and spirit.

Choose your class from the schedule below. Once registered for class, you will receive confirmation via Mindbody and the reservation will show up in your schedule. Sliding scale drop-ins and membership packages are available.

Before class begins, you will receive a link which will be your invitation to the live online Zoom class. Once you’re in you’ll click ‘Join Meeting’.

If you don’t already have it, Zoom is a free and straightforward app you can download to your laptop or phone. Click here to sign up for your free account and get the app.

All classes take place on Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
